Looking for someone to apply Drizoro Max-Seal Flex to the internal walls and floor of a new concrete pool. Small pool, only 2.4 x 4.6 metres, average depth 1.4 metres; surface area approx 29 square metres. Small set of 3 steps in one corner. Coating needs to end up about 3mm thick and job includes putting cloth mesh at wall joins. Two coats are needed, done one day apart. Four of my downpipes stop short of the downpipe connector at ground level (as per the photos). The gap is 22cm with two of them, 17 cm with another, and 13 cm with the fourth one. I need a short piece of downpipe inserted into the gap, so the downpipe actually discharges into the soakwell. Everything is in place except that little gap! Two of the downpipes have a fluted profile, the other two are standard rectangular downpipes, 95 x 45 mm. Eave broken needs repair. Also require a gutter clean.

~2.5x2.5m garden shed has a ‘lip’ on roof sheet which is trapping leaf litter etc causing it to rust. On one side require this section ~1” cut out/removed by angle grinder, allowing rain water to land in garden bed, on the other side require same ‘lip’ cut off with angle grinder and install small gutter to empty at rear of shed. Hi we have two clogged difficult to reach gutters that really need a clear out. Have been overflowing into ceiling and patio for years. Not sure how to go about fixing ourselves. Note balcony overhang with low clearance underneath. Likely fragile aged plastic sheeting. And newly replaced down pipe (replaced last year when we though we would be getting the patio renovated so we left the gutters) May need specialised equipment/ expertise. 1. Install 1 new standard downpipes; 2. Replace 1 old standard downpipe with 1 new standard downpipes; 3. Replace 1 old standard downpipe with 1 large one (if possible); and 4. Seal leaks in 7 downpipes. For downpipes that are beyond repair by sealing, please consider replacing. Toyota Hilux with flat/pioneer roof rack. Need help putting rooftop tent on as the roof rack is a little different than a traditional roof rack. Have nuts and bolts that came with roof top tent, but need help with how to attach it onto this style roof rack. See pics
