I've started installing insulation in my shed and would like some help to finish it. It involves using insulation tape to stick on to the roof / rafters and then cutting and placing the insulation in. Ideal person would have a good ladder / platform to work from. Eg top of a ute / car. Requires a bit of dexterity / good balance to hold in place and e. Approx 4 hours work.

Roof is 150m2 with easy access from first floor. You can stand in the centre as the roof is pitched. Holes need to be cut for the LED down-lights. We will buy the batts. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024

I would like to do a few small renovations to my garage. - Ceiling - install insulation put new plasterboard ceiling between rafters (28m2) - Floor - Waterproof paint membrane / tanking to floor (28m2) - Stud Wall - Stud wall with plasterboard or Cement sheeting both side with insulation between. 4 linear meters x 3m high I can assist in prepping the space and pressure washing the floor. I supply the 40 square meters of polyester insulation and the 14 sheets of fibrecement. I have done some but need help to install a delivery of polystyrene insulation slabs under the floorboards. They need cutting and fitting between the joists. The job involves measuring, cutting and pushing them into place. Not heavy work, a bit fiddly in some areas.
