Paul seems to be an honest young man, not afraid of putting in a long days work. From the photos provided the work on the roof seems to be done to specifications. Due to his grasp of English and the fact that he had never come across the term 'bay window' we gad a minor hiccup. However, once I explained the job to him, he put his 'can do' attitude to work and resolved the problem. From now on 'Bay window' will be forever in his vocabulary! Update: You will need a ladder that is minimum 10m tall (the one in the photo is 5m). No crawling on the roof permitted. The gutter part with limited access is no longer required. Preference is for you to visit on site prior to agreeing on the job. Gutters to be cleaned on a 2 story house; a tall extension ladder is required. There are removeable gutter guards in place and weeds in the gutters, so the guards will need to be removed and re-attached. On one side of the house there is limited access to reach all of the gutters, as the house is very close to the neighbor's home. - Due date: Flexible
