I have a roof tray that needs to be installed on my landrover discovery 4. Custom sized to fit into the existing holes. Needs 2 guys as it’s a heavy tray. I can help. Install at hope island. Need help to lift the 60kg tent onto the tray after install. The price reflects the need for two people to lift. Make an offer if you are able to do this please. Needs doing before 22 June. Can’t find anyone local who will do it as we can’t fit the roof tray inside the car so it has to be done onsite at hope island. Would really appreciate the help. Cheers

Small job but awkward access

Our poor old 6 x 3m balcony is 30 years old and of course, features cracked tiles and degraded grout, leading to leaks. We need to see what we're dealing with asap! Can you help?

Seal small part of gutter to stop the leak when it rains.

We need a licensed plumber/waterproofing tradesmen. The job needs to large drainage holes approximately 2” in diameter drilled into a block brick wall. Our balcony is approximately 4 metres x 3 metres. When it rains water builds up an can’t escape from just one drainage hole currently there. So we need two more holes. This has been approved by our body corporate. As long as we can show them we’re the holes will be and a drawing or sketch to show them. Including waterproofing. The current hole has pvc pipe which is sealed around edges so would suggest that the new holes would be the same. Any other questions please give us a call.
