My property inspection report pointed out a few issues which may require fixing: - Repoint the ridge capping where there are cracks/risk of leaks - Source and supply tiles to replace broken tiles if there's a risk of leaks (likely around 10 tiles in total) - Clear all gutters for the house (including the patio) - Repair/replace a rusted and broken section in the gutter (see image) - Dispose of all rubbish appropriately - Provide images of the roof and gutter before and after the work is done - Provide a tax invoice after the work is done Happy to remove any tasks that you think do not require repair.

I'm a designer fixing up a garage in Beaconsfield (6162)and turning it into a kids playroom. There is a strip of roof along the boundary wall that needs to be repaired or replaced and fitted with a secret gutter and downpipe. Ideally would happen this weekend or next week if you have time. I'll send some photos now to give you a bit more of an idea!

Replace damaged box gutter and timber facia panel

I need a section of approximately 7m of gutter replaced as the existing one has holes. I would like it replaced from the corner to the end. The corner downpipe is colorbond so it can probably be reused though the end one is painted and would be better replaced with colorbond to match. Please supply the gutter/downpipe in colorbond and anything required to complete the job. I believe the colour is Ironstone ? Closeup photo is to see the gutter profile. Access is very easy and from a rear laneway. Can be done at a time / day that suits you.

Hello, I am looking for someone to clean the gutter of my unit & also replace the exhaust fan in my bathroom. Details: - Clean all the gutters in the unit, including the removal of the leaves that get sticky between the walls (just a few of them) in both the small backyard and garage. 3x2 unit. - My exhaust fan is the one that comes with the heater, not sure if this can be fixed or needs a full replacement. Happy to buy the whole part to be replaced if the fan can't be fixed.
