I need the tites restored, gutters cleaned and replace broken tiles. There are some tiles that needs replacing as per the property report. There’s water leak in the garage with heavy rain needs to be checked and fix. I do not have tiles.

The roof gutter seems full of water when rained and the interior house ceiling started leaking (water drips slowly and about three different spots). I went up to the ceiling and as fas as I can see the insulations on the ceiling aren’t wet so I assume that the leak comes from the gutters and water smear into the adjacent insulation to the ceiling corner which I can’t check . The task is to fix the gutter to get water drained and fix the leaking spots on the ceiling.

Our alley gutter pipe seems to be overflowing during heavy rains but only a certain amount of length. There doesn't seems to be any crack or anything in the gutter pipe, but it may need an extra drainage pipe between that overflowing part. - Due date: Flexible
