I have a leak in a wall that has is probably coming from a cracked roof tile or a gutter overflow. I need someone to look for the source of the leak and repair it. - Due date: Before Friday, 7 April 2023
Jacob arrived early and waited until the requested time to commence work. After discussing what the problem was he quickly found the source of the leak and resolved the issue. He then asked if there was any other work that needed to be done. Upon completion of the job he sent through pictures of the problems. Jacob did a great job and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I need my eves prepped and painted, some areas will require large ladders or basic scaffold to reach. As you can see in the photo there is are some areas that will require prep work. I will supply the paint and a carton at the end of the job.

*Prevent waterflow from gutter on rear elevation of carport and ceiling sheet come away from roof frame. *Gutter cleaning and provision for proper overflow. *Rust deterioration to metal fascia on carport. *Damaged exterior eaves lining on front and rear elevation. Also seen on exterior eaves lining on carport. *Rusting to gutters on elevation *Wood rot to front elevation timber barge board ends *Slilcon repaired roof tile on southwest elevation needs replacing and also replacing titles that are damaged. *Top coat seal to roof tiles has deteriorated need re-sealing of roof cover tiles. *Rust deterioration to air conditioning unit and flashing. Rust deterioration to valley flashing near air conditioning unit. Happy to discuss further. Â

Must hav experience in this area. Also ideas on how to have down pipes flow faster as corner section overflows in heavy rain, hence the box gutter to help. Offer includes all fees and charges.
