We need urgent repair of our leaking roof job needs to be done by 7th October. Have a leak in between the main roof gutter and the deck roof of 1970's property in The Gap. The gutters do have leaves in them so could be causing some issues There is a small 2-3 mm gap inbetween the gutter and deck roof since the build of the deck. The house roof is tiled and the deck is aluminium I think? We dont have any photos unfortunately. You MUST have a relevant qualification and we need a INVOICE at the end stating that the leaking roof has been repaired and your qualifications are on the invoice. We need urgent help with fixing our roof gutters- - One side is sagging (alignment issue) resulting in overflow (pics 1&2 - i have added support at the lowest point) - two sections on the side needs replacement (rotten/ holes) (pic 3 - small hole that can be filled) & pic 4 - the section that need replacement)

Hi. We are looking to have a full replacement of our gutters. We would like to use colorbond if possible. There are also 4 downpipes. We have measured approximately 18m on one side of the house, and 21m on the other side (each side straight lengths). The brackets will need to be replaced too. We are flexible with dates for install. I am looking for a quote for a roof sheeting install. The roof is covering a recently completed deck extension to an upper level. It is timber gable truss roof with minimal pitch. The roof is 11.5m x 4.5m. I will require guttering along the two outside edges, ridge cap and flashing to the front and rear. There is currently scaffolding installed to the full perimeter. Work can be commenced as early as Monday 23/10.

Need 2 new stormwater pipes installing in ground and leading out to the back of the house Which will exit below/through wooden retaining wall. One will lead from an existing downpipe but the other will need a new downpipe installing with it. Section of existing gutter is lagging in the middle which also needs repairing. I need to fix a rather large box gutter (approx 400 mm wide) - need to place two side spitters and also redesign downpipes. In big rain events, I can't get the water away from my house fast enough and water intrudes downstairs.

1. Replace half of gutter (I have the portion of gutter) You will need your own scaffolding. 2. Refit downpipe onto existing gutter (keeps coming lose), replace leaf catcher and repair end of downpipe so it removes the outlet/dripping (see photos, I will provide new identical leaf catcher).
