Need a rusted gutter removed and replaced. Also need a new down pipe installed.

We have an approx 2m section of guttering that needs to be replaced as it is falling apart. Need someone to purchase parts (I will cover costs), potentially paint them, and fit them.

There may be a need to clean one gutter of some leaves (above the carport). Sliding door is not working well and may need rollers replaced. Kitchen door has fallen of the hinges and may need a rescrew. Bathroom window can't open may need a bit of scrape or WD 40. There is some painting little section where old Aircon was may need to be primed and painted to match rest of the wall. Garden shed had the side panel pop out in the wind ...may need to be pushed back in

Task 2 - Install a garden watering system for the back garden, and if necessary, include a pump to distribute captured rainwater throughout the garden. Task 3 - Move and connect a smaller tank to an existing tank for reserve capacity. Task 4 - Identify and repair a hole in the final metal rain tank for the front garden. Install a pump (if needed) and watering system, as shown in Photo 5. All materials will be provided. Tools for cutting and connecting PVC to the tank are required.
