There is a problem of water leakage through the roof of a double-story townhouse, but it occurs only when it rains heavily. The leakage is into the plasterboard. The cause of the leakage needs to be identified and fixed. It is most probably a broken tile. The attached pictures show the areas where the leakage is happening. Water is dripping from area one (first pic) under heavy rain, while the rest of the areas have a water patch. No need to fix the plaster. Just need to identify the roof leak and fix it. Also need to clean the gutter along with this job. - Due date: Flexible
