Need to Fix Gutter It is loose at a point which needs to be fixed

Seeking someone experienced to help fix a persistent issue with loud dripping noises from our roof gutters during rain. The noise is quite bothersome and can be heard indoors. There seems to be a small leak in the gutter there is lead flashing between the gutter and the . If flashing needs to be replaced I can buy it from Bunnings near .by. Or if it can be fixed any other way th is also fine. Investigate and fix leak.

I’m needing to fill a 10cm gap between my carport gutter and the external wall of my townhouse. Every time it rains, water fills the car port. The gap is about 4.6 meters long. I imagine corrugated rubber will need to be glued to the wall, then a beam of some sort glued to the rubber. The beam needs to slope into the gutter.

About 3.5m gutter is rusted. Need to replace it. Refer the photo. From the chimney to the downpipe on the right. Note: the downpipe is on the angle part. The straight gutter was connected to the angle part. 4 years ago someone repaired that area with a short black piece. I think the rusted 3.5m gutter and the black piece need to be removed. Hello, * Situation : (double story townhouse) We had an issue with this ceiling leaking many times before and it has been repaired. Last time we found two roof tiles were missing which left a large hole straight into roof space (see photos) and we replaced them the tiles and sealed other areas and gutters were all cleaned and we had no leaks for 6 months. *Task : there was heavy rain last week and the ceiling leaked again from one light. The pics show the previous damage to the ceiling that we haven’t repaired yet. Looking for someone to check the roof for broken or moved tiles and also the gutters to be cleaned out if anything has built up. And check ceiling space for source of leak. And repair tile and/or inside roof space so it stops leaking. Basically find the source of the leak! (Do not have to repair plaster ceiling) - Due date: Flexible
