It's a small terrace house, single level on the North end of Alexandria. Front gutter (above the roof) needs cleaning to keep water out of my ceiling in the rains to come. Gutter is 3 metres long. If possible, a short downspout needs to be cleaned out - likely require it to be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. This part is optional - if you have the tools and know-how. To be done on Friday 23 October. It's a corrugated steel roof, a little steep, but I've seen guys get to the gutter. I don't have the right shoes. Time for the job: under 2 hours. DETAILS Small warehouse flat tin roof needs a thorough sweep and leaves removed from roof and from gutter. Looking for this asap, plus regularly every couple of months.
