2 storey house gutter cleaning.

About 10 broken concrete roof tiles replacement. Repair or replace flushing in two places. Repair sagging gutter lining in small area. Two level house in Glenhaven. Tiles already purchased, so supply not needed. Tiles need to be properly nailed in. A couple of corner tiles will need cutting.

We have solar heating installed on our roof. Need it removed so we can install solar panels. Care needed to avoid damage to tiles. Need to adjust the in/out flows to connect to each other (per the second picture attached). We want to retain the piping running up the wall so we can install a heat pump in the future.

Remove old colorbond downpipe and replace with new PVC Downpipe. -No Downpipe materials supplied. -Downpipe spreader required in replacement. -Will require painting (Paint supplied). -Job on second story of house. Easy ladder access.
