Hi We have recently renovated an old house and the builder installed insulation bats in the sub floor. To secure these bats the builder put some straps but it isn’t really enough. Am looking for someone who can fix this properly - either with a protective plastic or alternatively something else like wire mesh. Will pay an hourly rate at $50 per hour and this listing is for a minimum of 5 hours I will also be there to help out and pass things etc As it’s under the house it’s not easy work so you must have prior experience, tools, etc. the pictures I have posted are before the house was finished but it gives u a sense of the space. Pls not house is now fully built and the bats have already been better secured than what is in the old photos. Thanks.

Pergola roof was damaged by hail and has holes in the laserlite that now needs to be replaced - you would need to measure as I have no idea as to how many sheets or sizes this will include flashing etc Just measured the lengtths - 1 side the panels are 3.6 mtr (approx) and require 12 panels, the house side is 3.2.(gutter) and 3.4 resepective and again 12 panenel - this is not including the length of the pergola which I will add at another date as working night - one side the lengths are 3.6 meter and the other side 3.2 mtr - 3.4 mtr - aprox 12 panels each side. this will lnclude the remval of old material as I have no way of doing this. Sorr if I do not reply straight away as work night shift - the price I have quoted is limited to this a that is my only budget as this is for an OAP.

SCOPE 1. Reconnect existing square gutter downpipe to existing drain 2. New square type elbows / joins - Ideally like to run down pipe with new square elbow joins per attached - rough idea only. 2. This tree/shrub has a super fine leaf & it’s easy to trim. I’ve done the front and sides myself. But I need someone with a good ladder to trim the top to beneath the gutter. If the green waste fits in my green bin, it can all go in there.

A box gutter for storm water drainage is blocked with leaves. It needs to be cleaned up. It is about 10 meters high against the side of the house. I also need to put a net to prevent leaves from blocking it again. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 16th Nov 2021

Two properties need tree branches trimmed back. The neighbours' tree branches are overlying our gutters and are clogging them up. Property 1 (Black Rock): The branches overly the gutter on top of the garage as displayed in the photo, only 1 gutter at this property. Hi Looking for someone who can clear gutters (one side done) of our warehouse in Braeside. Access is via a hatch from our level 1 offices. Around 4 box gutters and guttering needing clear out. Once cleared need someone to clean out the gutters and apply rust block paint or similar.
