Mitchell came in to readjust 2 posts for our garage roof patio,didn’t have enough tools, asked to release funds before starting the task, bought other stuff not related to the job with the $300 given cash, moved one of the posts next to the wall, but the roof showed a curved shape on the top which is because of too much pressure, he should known before starting. Job’s unfinished, had to pay him $200 for his labour for a total mess,pretty unhappy

I’ve had some roof/ceiling water leakage. I’ve had someone come to take a look and this is the maintenance report and work required: It is our opinion maintenance is required to seal the underside of the roof sheeting and box gutter where driven rain has been pushed under the underpitched corrugated sheets which contributed to the resultant damage. The pitch of the roof was found to be just 3.2 degrees, whereas the minimum pitch of a corrugated roof is a minimum of 5 degrees. NEED SOMEONE EXPERIENCED TO DO THIS JOB. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, looking for a carpenter or patio expert to provide a quote to supply and install a 2.3m x 2.3 m flat open roof pergola with possibly tilted slats or louvres - open to consider timber or steel. To be connected to the dwellings fascia on two sides, fixing through mounting plates to steel roof trusses and using an upright beam in outer corner for support. The total height is 2.57 m.
