Flat roof currently has Kliplock on it. Some parts rusty and needs repair as well as flashing and downpipes. Job in Forestville 2087. I have added photos 22/5. Also access to roof is easy - walk on. size is approx 12 X 7 m I have cleaned th leaves away, and there are spare roof sheets. Need to 1)remove sheets and see which need replaceing 2) put insulation underneath 3)make fall towards gutter 4) intall gutter, downpipe and flashing around. We need a temporary fix to the roof of a house we’re going to knock down in a few months. The first floor has a flat roof and collects water, plus has cracks in the waterproofing. It looks like it’s been patched up in the past. It’s currently leaking into the rooms below through the ceiling in the hallway and the window frame in the bathroom. I’ve tried taping a temporary tarp up but with all the recent rain it hasn’t dried out enough to seal properly and the water is still getting in. See photos attached.
