I have a single car garage with a flat colorbond roof which leaks under heavy rain. A roof inspection conducted by AAMI found the following defect: 1. The roof sheets on the Garage lower roof are not turned up correctly under the apron flashing allowing water to spill over the back of the roof sheets, the underlaps of the roof sheets have not been cut back allowing capillary action to occur. 2. Small gap found between parapet capping and the cladding allowing water ingress into wall cavity. Looking for quote to rectify above defects. It has leaked on other beams earlier in last year's rain and we got that repaired and then it was the middle section that did the same, so we got that fixed and now it's made it all the way to the end of the living room ceiling where this has been the worst of the leaks** Roof Issues: 1.Water is also come in between the two ceiling wooden beams on the ceiling pastor board where they look like they the boards are meeting each other. 2. Two leaks in next section of ceiling plastic board away from edges and are now stained with darkish water circles. 3. The window is leaving in a few of the bottoms frame points and the gyprock under the window is cracked and leaking into house. 4.SES came out and said the capping on the flat roof needed to be sealed again and they could only attempt to temporarily fix until it was dry enough to get a repairman out. 5.Can see that this has maybe be an issue in the past prior to us as the beam have old washed out brownish water steams all along two beams. We are stupid we know it's likely not an easy fix and would like honest, quality and good workmanship from the tasker who completes job. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

Require a minimum of 2 people to place pebbles on a flat roof top to create a very simple pattern. Pebbles to be placed by hand (no gluing required), consisting of an outer rectangle from black pebbles, an inner rectangle of white pebbles, and a circle from jade pebbles. Area is approx. 4.9m by 2.5m to fill. The thought is, a person is on the flat roof section placing pebbles, while the other person is on the balcony section, filling a pail/bucket to pass over the next set of pebbles to place. Please only make an offer if you have an appropriate safety harness (for anyone that will set foot on the roof, as it is 4 stories from the ground); a ladder/ step ladder to get over the balustrade; and insurance coverage. The safety aspects are mandatory. Photo below to give an idea of the amount of pebbles to place. Ideally looking at Aug 14, 15 or 16 (weekend preferred) for the job to be done, but can discuss.
