Replacement flat roof and membrane 95sqm - Due date: Flexible

The box gutter around chimney has been patched with a Fast Flash material due to severe rust which has formed holes in the gutter. Flashing has not been sealed correctly which is why water is ingressing. A custom-made back tray flashing is recommended by insurance co inspector, around this chimney which will remove the need for this box gutter altogether as replacement will require replacement of roof sheets and problem will likely reoccur. Budget figure of $100 is ridiculous because I'm not sure what it will cost. - Due date: Before Thursday, 31st Mar 2022

We have many soccer balls that have been kicked up over the years onto a platform within an indoor centre. Needs someone with experience or confidence to access the platform to retrieve them. The platform has a bracket for the ladder. Ideally needs to be done after 6pm on a Monday or a Tuesday. Parking is available.

SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Install an overflow through the front face of the gutter above the downpipe nozzle approx 30mm off the base of the gutter allowing water to escape the gutter in heavy rain. 2. Remove the flashing across the top edge of the roof sheet, install a purpose made under-flashing across the roof sheet and up under the tiles. Profiled infill will be sandwiched between the flashing and roof sheet to prevent wind driven rain entering. 3. The corner ridge capping will be re-sealed with coloured flexible pointing where it has cracked 4. Cap off the end of the existing gutter attached to the tiled roof diverting water away from the skillion roof.
