(D) Metal Sheeting Metal roof sheets and cappings appear to be in fair condition with no visible signs of impact damage. There are several creases in some of the metal roof tiles likely due to foot traffic. The metal roof tiles have 3 patches which have been sealed up in the past which can become a point of water ingress when the silicon cracks and fails. Fixings Replace or seal over rusted screw fixings. (D) Metal Sheeting re seal patched metal roof tiles. monitor other dents in metal roof tiles.

Remove all debris out of the gutters and dispose around the gardens on the property. Flush down pipes to ensure they are clear and running as normal. Thoroughly clean and re seal and joints that are failing.

Carport Roof gutter is leaking and water seeping through the ceiling fascia board. Would need the fascia board removed. Then locate which part of the gutter is leaking. Patch the roof gutter. Reinstall fascia board. - Due date: Flexible
