I have a rusty section of downpipe that needs replacing. It is at the front of our house. It is approximately 160 mm down, 740 mm across, and 300 mm down - Due date: Flexible

The request for the job includes the following: - Require replacement of two existing drain down-pipes for a high-set house with new size pipe of 90 mm diameter. One of the down-pipes requires to have its outlet managed to let the water run free and do not flow into the garden. - Need to install a waste catching system for four(4) down-pipes. They are two for the new pipes and two for existing down-pipes. The catchers must be able to expel out the leaves, waste and dirt before they run to the drain through the pipes from the gutter. the Catchers must be at a low level from the ground such that they would not require a ladder to reach for cleaning. The service provider of the job offer must provide detail of the waste catching system and how it functions. The catching system must be the type that would not require much cleaning nor much maintenance and must be installed with a well-sealed connection with the down-pipe. DO NOT REFER TO NOTES FOR LOCATION OF CATCHERS ON PHOTOS. The guttering pictured along the front and downpipes need painting. They do not require sanding, stripping or even cleaning just a wipe over with a towel to get rid of the dust/spider webs/old wasp nest or two and then paint straight over the top of it. All i ask is nice straight lines and no drips;) Paint, brushes, rollers whatever you need will be supplied.
