Roof sheets are accumulating water and these sheets are dirty which needs solution to repair it or clean it.

Hi all, Just looking for a thorough clean of debris on our two storey duplex. They're pretty small gutters, only a few metres worth but it's quite high-(3-5m to get to the roof). If you've got experience here, please get in touch.

Need a roofer to have a look and give me a quote for the following repairs. My property has Monier Horizon concrete shingle tiles on it, it is approximately 10 years old, it has a pitch of approximately 22 degrees and is in a good condition. The top ridge tiles are too far apart under the ridge and when that happens the mortar overhangs the top of the tile and cause the water ingress to occur. It probably needs to have a row of tiles installed on either side so the top ridge can be correctly re-bedded and pointed which will prevent water ingress occurring. There are tiles with silicone that had been applied previously, these need to be replaced before the silicone fails. The spreader downpipe is emptying the water onto the roof and the builders have used a fibre flash instead of lead flashing and the fibre flash now has some holes in it and is no longer sitting tight on the roof and is allowing water to enter underneath the flashing.

Redirect down pipe from flowing along the back door steps, and redirect the flow into the drainage system. Times 2 down pipes as pictured. 3.
