Our roof leaked and damaged the ceiling in one of the bedrooms We need to fix the roof which we believe was more of an overflow issue and Replace the ceiling. We also have a mold problem in the subfloor and need to install ventilation and remove the mold that is coming up

I have a tiled roof where the material that fills the gaps on the top and specifically in the joints with the chimney is falling off. Need a roof repairer to replace the lost material and make sure no other gaps are left. Attached picture of some of the material that’s coming off.
