Require gutter cleaning on single story home

Looking for an experienced painter to paint the front of house. This includes preparing the surface, fixing minor cracks (as seen in pictures) and painting the wall, ceiling, pipes, pillar, front door & spray paint the gutters in front and behind house. Front door (back and front of door) will need to be sanded prior to painting. Paint wil be provided and you will need to bring your own tools. See pix of the front of house. Last pic is the colors we want to this. Your input and advice is always welcome. Looking for someone reasonable as well.

I have a shed that is 6x3. It has exposed battens and rafters, and is uninsulated. I would like to install Anticon and polystyrene panels to the underside of the roof. The job would involve cutting the insulating to suit the rafters, installing equal angle along the rafters to support the insulation, and then using an adhesive to secure the insulation to the equal angle. Hi, looking for a carpenter or patio expert to provide a quote to supply and install a 2.3m x 2.3 m flat open roof pergola with possibly tilted slats or louvres - open to consider timber or steel. To be connected to the dwellings fascia on two sides, fixing through mounting plates to steel roof trusses and using an upright beam in outer corner for support. The total height is 2.57 m. See attached photos for mock up of beams and support post.
