Re-cement 4-5 tiles on roof ridge. Last corner tile may need replacing. Some other tiles need to be realigned and cemented along the outside edge. See photos.

We have boston ivy growing on our garage roof. This needs cutting back and the gutter cleaned. There is only one. Also the plant from next door cut back to the roof of the garage. No time required. Up to you as to when you do it. THANKS

Hi, need someone remove all debris and leaves from gutter mesh. There is currently mesh protecting the gutters from getting debri. However, I believe there would be debri and leaves stuck on the mesh as there is a tall tree next to my place. I dont think the pipes would need to be flushed as there is mesh protection. The townhouse is 3 storey's high, the previous cleaners had to get on the neighbours roof (via a ladder) to get access to my roof (via a ladder). Total length of gutters for the house is about 20m which includes the roof, balconies and backyard awning. Would also want the driveway gutter cleaned as well.

Small terrace house--big tree at the back. Need someone to clean autumn leaves from gutters and backyard. The backyard is very small. It is a single story house and I would like gutters right around the house cleaned. It is a small, 2 bedroom house in Carlton North. Roof is low and easy to get on top of with a small step ladder.

We just moved into a new home and hoping to have the gutters checked (and any leaves removed) before rain arrives tomorrow. It’s a very small house - ~130sq meters and the gutter layout is straightforward, just on the west, north and east side of the house (it’s semi detached). Note the gutters are quite high for a single story house, perhaps 3.5m high. I imagine you’d need to get into the roof. Simple job for someone that knows what they’re doing! Located in South Yarra.

We have ivy growing up the side of a terrace house. We are wanting someone to cut the ivy close to its base so it stops growing and to remove as much as possible, especially the ivy which is close to the second story window (see picture). The gap on the side of the house is small so it may only be possible to cut the base of the ivy down this side. The house is old (over 100 years) so we would need care to be taken when pulling the ivy off to avoid pulling any plaster off the house, which is why our prime focus is cutting it at its base so it doesn’t keep growing. We are also wanting the gutters from the single story portion of the house cleared, I estimate the total length of the gutters would be around 7 meters.

* This is a repost as previous task was expired Remove and dispose wall plaster, insulation and carpet There was a bad rainwater leak in my bedroom which made the plaster wall and carpet wet. They are now dry. I want to remove the wall plaster, insulation batts and portion of the carpet and underlay, so that I can inspect for mould and put in new insulation batts, plaster wall and carpet afterwards. Its only one side of the wall in the bedroom. The wall has a window. Size of the wall is 266cm x 480cm. Size of the window is 270cm x 112cm. See attached photos. I'm thinking the areas where there are electrical, phone outlets, and connection to aircon, to leave the wall plaster around them as it is and not remove it. Maybe like a 10-20cm margin. Bedroom is on the 3rd floor in a small townhouse. For the carpet, remove the carpet and carpet underlay about 50cm away from the wall, for the entire length of the wall You need to provide dropsheets to cover the bed and the floor, as well as a proper cover for the aircon. I need my gutters cleaned. The down pipes are overflowing It is a two story house, but the roof can be accessed from a balcony on the second level. A decent sized ladder is still required.
