We had our balcony re waterproofed and tiled. During the removal of the old tiles some of the exterior cladding was impacted and broken off. We’re not looking for a perfect match in colour just a tidy up and patch job of the areas that are exposed. I will most likely paint over it anyway so will just require the repair work done. The tiles can be popped up as they sit on pods.

Our external facing wall was damaged by LXRP. Gashes in the wall need to be patched/re-rendered, and then entire wall repainted. Wall surface area is approximately 5m wide by 2m tall.

Remove render and clean pressed metal angle edge reinforcement of rust. Area effected is half a hand size. Paint pressed metal angle with kill rust (provided) and let dry. Return second day and repair render. Client has a suitable colour top coat paint. Core work is about two sessions of a half hour each. Access time separate. Access to second storey window is via sloping ground floor tile roof and reasonably tight see attached photos. Client has an extension ladder available.
