Find a professional render contractor in NSW

Remove oil stain from polished floorboards. See attached photo. This was caused by new tyres laying directly on the floorboards. I also have a small green plug hole in a rendered brick wall which I need patched and painted white to match existing.

We have had the fireplace removed and so I need a qualified renderer to fill the hole. In addition, there is 2 more areas of less than 1sqm that need touching up too.

This is an hourly rate for a renderer to complete the missing small parts, side of tiled stairs, a column, a beam, ..... It might be a long day or two days job.
