Help unpack moving to Maroubra and need help for approx 6 hours as we have 2 young kids

Pack and move from an apartment to house in Maroubra. 2 bedrooms, 1 office, living room and dining room, small storage cage, and contents of these rooms. Settlement occurs at 2:30pm. So we need everything packed up into a truck by about 12:30 so the cleaners can clean. Then there would be 2 hours waiting until we can deliver to the new house. The move is all within Maroubra.

We need to pack up our kitchen items in all cupboards. I expect at least 3-4 hours work with 1-2 people. I’d suggest around 10-12 boxes required. All glassware to be wrapped in bubble and packed nicely into small - medium sized boxes. Prefer someone to bring box and bubble wrap. Please don’t bring big boxes, as this will make items too heavy and it’s all delicate items. NO WRAPPING 7 Ikea billy tall/wide shelving units of books eg 200-215cm high 1 narrow tall ikea billy shelving unit of books 1 narrow tall ikea billy of toys in boxes - just pack into bigger ones as is 1 ikea kallax of toys already in containers into boxes 1 ikea kallax of books and some containerised toys into boxes Extra approx 2.2 linear metres of books 3x2m shelves of boxes into moving boxes 2 units similar to billy in wide/wall books into boxes 2 ikea besta 220cm high about 1m widey into boxes - currently have a mix of lidless boxes of different gear plus some shelves of envelopes etc and some of books 7 linear metres of saucepans etc Pack 3 linear metres of cans and drinks. 1 narrow cuboard containing approx 18 boxes into moving boxes ORGANISING Stack about fifteen plant pots (from 20cm-40cm roughly) into useful piles for movers NEED WRAPPING INTO BOXES KITCHEN 1 corner unit of bottles and crockery 1 wide/deep typical kitchen saucepan drawer of crockery 1 corner unit (top) of random stuff inc some glasses Double top unit of crockery mugs etc 1 top unit of glasses into boxes 8 or 10 drawers of knives, cutlery, implements etc into boxes 2 tabletops of nick nacks 2 x 2m wide shelves of kitchen appliances Approx another 5m-7m of shelf of porcelain or glass fragile decoration including some shallow, some high glass containers of fragile things 2 double cupboards (4 doors) low cabinet of TV equipment NEED WRAPPING AND STACKING Approx 35 pictures off wall Pack 1 kitchen cupboard of glasses into boxes My guess is that assuming someone is productive it's 90-120 mins of books, prob 150 mins including all the toys. Prob 90 mins of paintings. 240 minutes of kitchen. And prob 60 mins of garage. And then 1-2 hours just for the nick nacks. Plus breaks. Plus some box assembly time. It's prob two people for a longish day or one person for two end to end days.
