But the item is quite bulky and so we need some manoeuvring skills to get it down. You will also require a drill or screwdriver to remove the 4 feet in order to get it out of the apartment. Please read the details before you offer and accept. Pick up from a commercial building in Surry Hills, no stairs a lift is on site. Deliver to Bondi residential address. No stairs, parking onsite. To pick up before 3pm. Today is the cut off, NO TIME WASTERS. Sofa is 150x55 and small detachable corner piece. There is a little weight to the item, there was a dolly on-site, but a trolley is advisable. At pick up there is a loading area on Mary st, alternatively arrangements to access the tower c carpark for the loading bay near the lifts are available.
