I am a real estate agent (property sales) at Sydney Northshore. I am looking for a professional content copywriter, preferably living at Sydney Northside, as it is logistically easier to visit properties there. Once the first time goes well, this will become a repeat task. Property types include: House, Townhouse, Apartment, Land, etc Your job is to visit houses on-site with a real estate agent, go through all aspects of the property, and then write a professional copywriting (description) of the property for sales marketing purposes. If the property does not require an on-site visit, the agent will supply you with photos and basic info so that you can do the copywriting. Hence, the service fee will be cheaper than the on-site visit. It would be great if you had previously written copy for properties. If it's in Sydney North Shore, that's even better.
