Hi, This job is to be my person on the ground/proxy to inspect property for sale since I in Sydney (Potential Multiple inspections until I find the right property) The inspection will be at Hommington Road Elizabeth North SA at 1.30PM-2PM. Little bit of this task: -Turn up on the open house sale inspection on assigned time. -Record video of 10 mins inside the property (All bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, study, Garage, shed) -Record video of 5 mins external condition of the property. -Take multiple photos -Speak to Real estate agent with assigned questions (Provided upon job assignments) -Provide all the above back to myself Little bit of tasker I'm looking : -Person who is punctual(Must) -Have a decent camera phone to record all the above requirements(Must) -Able to speak with Selling Real estate agent(Must) -Able to point out the noticeable damage of the property or Property owner or Renter (Good to Have) -Someone local since its only 30mins task.
