Observe and report the agent's behavior with you and other potential buyers if they are present: ~Whats the general vibe of inspection? Is the agent attentive and actively selling apartment? Is he enthusiastic about it? ~Is he connecting with you/others asking questions about your interest in buying this apartment? ~Is the agent showing you/others around the property describing it in the best positive light or is he leaving you to wander on your own not showing much interest? 2. Take a photo of the balcony saying you wanted to show it from the other side to your partner as there is one already on advertising websites showing the side from the bedrooms not the living room. ~Does he set it up nicely like in the photo? Link will be provided. 3. Your are acting casual but interested and want to know the price as it's not listed. ~Ask:What is the price? Please report agent's reply and his selling technique when he replies: ~Is he convincing? ~Does he make you want to buy or consider purchasing it if you were really looking to buy there? ~What is the general feeling you get talking with him?
