Front and back lawn mowed- all sections of lawn that need mowing have been included in photos note there are no significant hills. Whipper snippet around whole property and a bit of weeding in pool area if you get to it (less essential) Use extension chain saw (you must provide) to trim 2 poinsienna trees that are not hanging down to ground and covering driveway. Don’t want major trim just a bit off sides and anything hanging low. NOTES: our green bin won’t fit all this stuff, you’re gonna need to be able to take it away. Also, I’m selling my gardening gear as we’re moving then renting this place, so you will need to supply everything needed… PS if you have time please do quick clean up of pool leaves this is for photography and open houses.
