We're looking for a yardie for our holiday homes x 2. We need someone who can look after the outside of the 2 homes, cleaning down the patio areas, the BBQ if needed, one footpath needs mowing occasionally, some pruning, and maintenance of a pool and 2 x spas. The pool and spa bit can be taught. The times change and while often on Mondays can be at any time of the week. We need someone who will show up as often it will be between guests and it is important that they have clean facilities. Usually an hour at one place and and 1 to 1.5 hrs at the other. You will need attention to detail and be able to see where things need to be tidied. The work will be ongoing for the right person. Extra hours can be spent keeping the gardens up to date.
