Hey there, I need assistance with removing and disposing of an outdoor in-ground hot tub (including spa tube, pipes, pump and everything comes with the hot tub). I have uninstalled the gate of the hot tub. - Due date: Before 31 Jan 2022
Very disappointed and frustrated. David (his name was David back then and now he is Matthew?) only had done two in-ground removal jobs before and obviously lacks experience. He doesn't know how to remove spa gas heater so we had to find someone else to remove the spa heater. He didn't bring a bar so could not get the spa out. He said he was gonna come the following week to finish the job but then he never appeared. We sent him messages every 2-3 days asking him when he could come to do the job and he was not responding until one week later. He said he would come but then it was just another waiting cycle... When the job was 20 days overdue we asked him if he could come the following week he said he was busy doing other jobs. However, he wanted to charge me 230 while the whole job was 350. I had to go into dispute process and airtasker decided I only need to pay 100. After so much suffer, the spa is still there and I have to find someone else to remove it.

There are a lot of air in the strainer basket right before the pump. The end result must be pool suction recovery unless the pump is damaged.
