I’m seeking someone to do a full clean of the pool, removing the stains at the bottom from the leaves, give the tiles a scrub and wipe down the sides etc as well as install a cleaner. Hello, I need someone to stand beside my home pool from 12.30 to 3.00. There will be around 20 children of age group 5-9. They are mostly decent swimmers but I still need someone keep an eye on them constantly and get into water if need to.

I need someone to visit my tenanted house in Chapel Hill every month to service the pool. (empty basket, backwash sand filter, check salt, sweep, test balance and add salt/chemicals as required. I (landlord) will pay for visit. The tenant has purchased a stock of chemicals and would like these used. Once used up you can discuss with tenant whether they continue to provide stock or you provide at their expense.
