Find professional pool maintenance in Aspley

I’m at Aspley and have a greenish spa. It doesn’t get used at all. The heating doesn’t work (the landlord won’t replace but that’s ok because I don’t use it). Need pricing of what it would cost to give the spa a bit of a scrub, make clear and remove any debris (there’s not much). Easiest way may be just to empty & refill. I only rent and have no spa cleaning equipment except the scoop on long pole which I understand has a detachable head for you to add scrubbing brush to (that’s what last 2 Airtaskers did). Will need to BYO scrubbing brush etc. Spa is currently overflowing due to so much rain. Note: it just needs to look clean/clear. No one will be using it so I’m not concerned about alkalinity levels etc for purposes of human use. It’s being cleaned for aesthetic reasons only. Needs to be done between 2 and 6pm Thursday to Sunday day this week if possible. It was last emptied/professionally cleaned/serviced exactly 2 months ago. Must have adequate experience/equipment etc as I am unable to assist (& don’t know how). Won’t deal outside the protection of Airtasker so please don’t ask. Also need to be very careful to keep all chemicals within the spa to protect beloved family pets. I have a mini pool of around 5000-6000 litres which currently set ip with a pump and waterfall as shown in the photos. I am going to have a sand filter installed in the current set up or the pump current set up moved to be more accomodating to the snd filter. Have included a couple of photos of spas current state but it’s a bit hard to photograph due to reflection of shadesail above water. Also enclosed are pics of products I still have maybe 1/3 of a pack of each that can be used but if not suitable you will need to supply & I will pay for those also. The water isn’t too bad given I threw some chemicals in it but I think a good scrub of the paved and pebble surfaces underwater would make a huge difference. MUST accept Afterpay as payment form. Note: it just needs to look clean/clear. No one will be using it so I’m not concerned about alkalinity levels etc for purposes of human use. Needs to be done between 2 & 5pm Thursday 13/04/23. Will pay $20 extra for quick removal of weeds in spa enclosure by hand. Absolutely NO poisons to be sprayed on weeds and need to ensure very careful to keep all chemicals within the spa due to beloved family pets.

We've had our pool refurbished recently and the coping around the pool is sandstone. I'm looking for someone to come and paint the sealer on - I already have everything for the job and it's ready to go.
