Need a plumber to unblock a storm water

Hi there, we urgently need a plumber to come and fix a leaking tap which we believe is happening behind the wall of the laundry taps - the photos attached show that behind the wall, it's definitely leaking. We went under the house and saw it dripping despite the taps being turned off. I know tomorrow is Good Friday (how's this for timing!) but would love someone to come and fix it, do whatever is required i.e. cut/drill into the wall etc to fix it. Not sure what the cost would be, so please put a proposal forward. Thanks!

Have a broken pipe under the house (easy access) - could request plumber that has access to pipe camera too as we want to check pipe has correct exit point on property.

Today I re-flared the copper pipe to the hot water outside elbow bracket, as it was leaking. Then after the successful repair, there was no hot water running to any of the taps. and yet, the heat setting was on 4 of 5, on hot, gas pilot light on, the normal occasional steam, touching the hot pipe that was just repaired was warm, as per normal. Question: why is no hot water coming through the pipe? Possible answers in my opinion: thermostat, dip tube or the 30year old unit has had its day (which over the last three years the water temp has been dropping to the same heating gauge setting on the dial). Also released the pressure release valve: nice hot pressure water was released. See pics! Adrian.

Toilet leaks occasionally when flushed suspect it requires a new pan collar and some silicon around the base of toilet. If possible would like these works done before the 24th March jobs in Eltham North

See in the photos below, I'm requesting a plumber to remove the existing toilet and install a new toilet purchased from Bunnings with A P-Type outlet. The connection to the drainage is shown as well and would like to connect to this or if required removal of a portion of the drainage pipe to affix The new toilet. Inspection of the site is possible anytime this week or next. Installation is required by Monday 11th March.
