Hi, I need plumber to cap of existing fixtures, new plumbing for 2 new bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, outdoor bath and rain water tank pump to cisterns. Scope of Work: - Decommission and cap existing plumbing. I’ve already removed plumbing pipes from walls. - Extend and provide new plumbing rough ins to bathroom, ensuite, laundry, kitchen and outdoor bath - Connect to existing plumbing. - Discontinue existing gas. - Provision for connection to new RWT, possibly pump to toilet cisterns, and external tap. - Install all new bathroom, ensuite, laundry and kitchen fixtures, including taps, floor wastes, showers heads, toilet, sinks, washing machine taps. Getting new hot water heat pump installed by others. I wanted the rough-ins done in April and fit off the fixtures in mid May

Toilet sink has a stuck spindle and is leaking.. I have washers but can't undo spindle and spindle nut us slightly damaged

*Looking for someone to make and install a cover (ideally wood, but open to suggestions) to put in front of hot water system (so that it can't be seen or mostly hidden).
