There's currently a dual sink plumbed in and dishwasher drainage connected to it. In an old laundry I would like to disconnect and remove three taps and change the washers on two others

We have the kitchen sink and bathroom basin draining very slowly and sometimes needing plunger to drain. The outside drain in the garden also seems to be blocked and not draining or draining very slowly. Also overflow drain outside our bathroom overflows when whenever we let water out of bathrub. (It drains very quickly…) Inspection point is close to overflow. Hoping to have inspected / cleared out or jet blasted. Also have a very slow leak on the bathroom mixer looking to get fixed. Timing: Flexible.

There is leakage from the pipe next to the toilet when flushing need to be fixed.
