The toilet is leaking into the bowl continuously. The toilet has the cistern recessed into the wall cavity. There is an access panel that surrounds the flush buttons approximately waist high height. It is a Caroma model that hangs off the wall. Laundry cold water tap washer needs replacing. It drips unless the tap is turned off very hard.
