2 leaks- one in the kitchen & one in the bathroom sink. The kitchen spout leaks & so does the bathroom sink. All the taps and spout are connected to the pipes – if they were not connected to the pipes, it would be an easier fix. Scope of works: 1, Remove and dispose of existing kitchen mixer tap. 2, Supply and install new Base kitchen mixer tap. 3, Remove and dispose of existing basin set. 4, Supply and install new basin set, which includes new basin breach, brand new tap ware and brand new spout. Also includes 2 x new water inlet connection hoses. 5, Test and commission - Due date: Flexible
