The cupboard beneath the kitchen sink (corner cupboard) was damaged when garbage disposal unit broke away and wasn't noticed before a lot of waste contaminated water made it out onto the kitchen floor couple of days later. Cupboards immediately professionally cleaned but water had penetrated through the base and beneath. The cupboard shelves need replacing and a new disposal unit installed. Needing a plumber to run a plumb line for a new fridge arriving soon.

All plumbing present Just have to fix the tap so the water does not leak

Hot water is not heating properly - need someone to come and check hot water system to see if it needs fixing

2 x water tanks removed from my residence in sippy downs and piping closed off. We are getting a pool installed in the area tanks are currently located. 1 tank to be relocated to a different are in our yard until after the built then will.have it installed again after. The other tank to be removed and transported to another residence in Mooloolaba and possibly fot and install there also.

The main (biggest) gas stove burner and the smallest one click but do not spark & do not ignite, the other 2 smaller burners still work.

Need an outside drain (from downpipe) unblocked this afternoon. On a budget
