Drain the hot water tank completely and flush the sediment

Require check on rainwater tank and toilet bowl water. 1. My rainwater tank motor is running continuously. Not sure if its pressure issue? It keeps running, turns OFF for 1-2 seconds and turns ON again. 2. Also, when I flush my toilet, the water in toilet bowl acts wierd and does not fill water properly. Both these issue happened at the same time. The rain water is used in the toilet flush. 3. Need to change shower pipe. We will have a new shower pipe similar to our current one. 4. Need to check and clean (if required) the drain in shower. Sometimes the water does not flowin drain and we have to use the plunger.

In the laundry of my house, the washing machine pumps the grey water into the laundry tub pipe. But the pipe doesn’t seem to drain the water away fast enough and the water backs up into the laundry tub. When the tub is full, the water sometimes backs up through the drain on the floor.
