I have two small bathrooms (pictured below) at home and require some small maintenance issues to be addressed; - Stop leaking tap in bathroom 1 (mixer brand mizu bloc purchased from Reece, $72 quote from Reece if relates to cartridge) - Toilet in bathroom 2 won't re-fill on occasion (could be fill valve) - I require a silicon strip placed along bathtub in bathroom two to prevent water running onto floor (strip has already been purchased, if applicable) - toilet handle in bathroom two requires a small screw to tighten handle - Toilet seats require tightening in Bathroom 1 & 2 I am obviously happy to pay for parts but these are very easy jobs I just don't have the time to complete - Due date: Flexible

I plan to have a fisher & pay kaykel 519 liter RF522ADUX5 in the kitchen. it has ice and water function. I need to add water valve under the sink in kitchen for the fridge.

Connect a flexispray shower head to the existing bathtub spout. Please see the attached photos. No drilling required, just need the tools to disconnect existing spout in the bathtub and connect and install the flexispray hose/head
