Need to change all the old taps in my house, need some quotation .

I have one central pop up sprinkler in my lawn that won't come all the way up, even with the water on full. It comes up a little bit and the water just splurts out around the edges. There doesn't seem to be any grass or roots estricting the sprinkler either. I need someone who understands irrigation systems to assess and fix the problem.

Shower was recently fixed for a leak but now there is a lack of temperature control and also no water pressure regardless of which handle is turned.
