We’re at the tail end of a bathroom extension and we need someone to help connect the sewerage pipe from the new extension to existing drain. Trench has already been dug. We can organise council inspection but will need license details. Provide certificate for work upon completion. Won’t need certificate for under slab and existing work as it will already be supplied.

We have a burst hot water problem, basically the hot water is leaking out from the cylinder onto the ground. Need a certified plumber to go onsite to evaluate the situation and provides me with the options to fix it.

Fix water outlet tap error for a dishwasher

Need a new hot water unit installed. Old hot water unit in in roof and leaks so much. Old unit can stay in roof when disconnected. I already had an electrician disconnect unit. Probly need to run pipes out of roof and down wall for new unit. New unit will sit outside the back door. New unit is electric. I have electrician coming back to connect once plumber is done. After pay would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The shower head is dripping and probably needs the washer replaced. The washers were replaced 3 to 4 years ago.

Hi. We need a plumber to fix our leaking toilet that keeps running into the pan (I believe it’s the seal inside the cistern). Would also like bathroom taps and spout replaced (will supply) but I believe that will require the sink to be removed. See pics for reference. Hot water system over the past year has had occasionally stopped giving hot water for a day but then is ok the day after. It's stopped giving hot water again so need someone to come have a look at it. I am in Seaford.
