Leaking pipe top of toilet water seems blocked. Need done today if possible

Repair of a 3-way fridge in my caravan. Currently doesn’t get cold on neither electricity nor gas.

We have a blocked pipes in bathroom, water not draining.

Loud sound coming from the pipes leading into the hot water tank (black valve at the bottom of the hot water tank). Loud sound is not constant. Normally late at night or early morning. Once black valve is closed, noise stops. We would like this fixed
