I have a replacement kitchen sink mixer tap but I cannot get the old one out as the under sink nut/collar holding it on won't budge. I've tried a few times and can't do it, in suspect it needs a basin wrench I don't have. Or maybe you just know a trick. In theory it's a 15 minute job. - Due date: Flexible

1. Mixer tap is leaking at the base. Looks like it needs a new washer. 2. Laundry sink pipe is leaking. Needs tightening and possibly a new washer too. See attached photos. Red circled areas are where the leaks are.

I would like my old kitchen sink mixer tap replaced with the new, updated one I have recently bought

We have an Axor Starck mixer tap in the kitchen which was leaking, handle getting stuck etc. So I bought a replacement cartridge and have installed it. However the cold water pressure is now very low. When I took out the old cartridge, it was corroded and in a few pieces. I think a piece may have fallen down into the tap / cartridge adapter which is blocking the flow? Looking for someone to come and have a look and ideally unblock the mixer tap (if that's the problem). Thanks
