My current 300 litre heat pump by Stiebel Eltron has no hotwater. After 3 weeks of exploring repairs including sealants to evaporator, I decided to instal heat pump by istore which has 5 year warranty for all parts. I spoke to the supplier based in perth, they upgraded their parts warranty from 2 yrs to 5yrs effective from Oct 2022. Supply and instal 270 litre hotwater heat pump by istore brand. Will assign rebate $800 to plumber. I will give cash for supply and instal is $2300. FYI $2400 is the price of 270 litre unit if you buy bulk wholesale from istore supplier based on reviews from clients who bought from builders. The sum up,,,I want an installer to supply and instal a 270L istore heat pump for $2300 with my $800 rebate assigned to installer. Total $3100. - Due date: Flexible

Stiebel Eltron heat pump has no hot water. No condenser water is coming out. Fan and compressor is running smoothly, I spoke to hot water expert and he says it needs regassing or a leak in the compressor. The unit is approx 6 years old.
