I am looking after a house in Mount Martha. I believe that the stormwater is blocked and there are a few large trees on the property. I have already spent $450 with someone, unfortunately he did not fix the problem. Last year I had to spend a lot of money to fix the roof and gutters, last night a branch from one of the neighbor's large trees feel on the roof so, now I am going through the home insurance to try and fix the damage. What I am trying to say is at the moment money is very tight. I need a reliable affordable honest person to tell me what is required and give me a quote.

Hi I have 3 leaking taps, that need new washers. Would prefer work to be done after 4.30pm Wednesday Thursday or Friday or Saturday.

Need a new hot water unit installed. Old hot water unit in in roof and leaks so much. Old unit can stay in roof when disconnected. I already had an electrician disconnect unit. Probly need to run pipes out of roof and down wall for new unit. New unit will sit outside the back door. New unit is electric. I have electrician coming back to connect once plumber is done. Hi. We need a plumber to fix our leaking toilet that keeps running into the pan (I believe it’s the seal inside the cistern). Would also like bathroom taps and spout replaced (will supply) but I believe that will require the sink to be removed. See pics for reference. Hot water system over the past year has had occasionally stopped giving hot water for a day but then is ok the day after. It's stopped giving hot water again so need someone to come have a look at it. I am in Seaford.
